The theme of the evening was Peruvian Nikkei, where Japanese technique meets Peruvian ingredients and flavors, finding its place in the Nordic kitchen.

Den 13 oktober, var det den sista dagen för Expo Osaka 2025. Att få representera Nordiska Paviljongens restaurang har varit ett ärofyllt uppdrag och en upplevelse jag tar med mig vidare i livet.

In September I will bring the Swedish crayfish party tradition to Japan and Expo 2025 in Osaka. On September 2 I will join Nordic Food Day and on September 5 I will host a colorful crayfish party at the Nordic Pavilion. This is a celebration of Nordic food culture, togetherness, and the end of summer.
