See you at FFCR in Gothenburg?
On September 14-15, I have had the honor of leading the program in the Live Kitchen at Fastfood & Café & Restaurant Expo (FFCR) – one of the major meeting places for the restaurant and HoReCa industry.
This year’s theme is “The Next Course” and over the course of two days I will be welcoming a range of exciting chefs and industry colleagues onto the stage. We will be talking about what’s happening in our industry right now and what’s around the corner – from gastronomy, ingredients, sustainability and new trends to wine, beer and the restaurant experience of the future.
After many years on the other side of the kitchen counter, it feels extra fun to this time be the one leading the conversations, asking the questions and highlighting some of the people who drive our industry forward. FFCR Sweden
I'm on stage in the Live Kitchen from 10:45 AM to 5:30 PM both Monday and Tuesday.
Really looking forward to two days filled with inspiration, knowledge, good conversations and hopefully a lot of new perspectives.
