STJÄRNORNA PÅ SLOTTET
Frida takes over as chef in Swedish television show Stjärnorna på Slottet, 2025 and 2024, shown on SVT1 from the end of December and every Saturday at 20:00 throughout January
I am incredibly happy for the trust of SVT1 to take over as the new chef in the program after Tareq Taylor, it is of course big shoes to fill but such a fun and exciting assignment to get.
NEWS MORNING
I am a regular guest chef on Sweden's biggest morning show "Nyhetsmorgon" on TV4 . Each episode has a theme where I get to present my cooking style, share recipes and even educate about specific ingredients such as seaweed, different types of fish or cooking techniques.
FORSKARNA
Frida joined as a chef and guest in an episode about seaweed on Swedish broadcast show Forskarna.
At the University of Gothenburg, researchers are investigating whether it is possible to increase the protein content of algae in order to compete with meat. Maybe algae can soon become climate-smart everyday food? Algae can also clean emissions from industries, research at the Linnaeus University shows. Guests are Kristoffer Stedt, researcher in marine biology at Gothenburg University, Elin Lindehoff, docent in marine ecology at Linnaeus University and chef Frida Ronge who whips up a pasta with seaweed pesto.

MUREN
On February 28, 2025, you found me as a guest on the TV program Muren on SVT1.
The Wall is a Swedish quiz show where two participants compete against each other and a panel (the Wall) consisting of five famous people, all experts in different subjects. The goal is for the participant to succeed in “breaking the wall”.

KOCKARNAS KAMP
I also participated in the cooking competition " Kockarnas Kamp " which was broadcast on TV4 in 2021. I came in third place and took home the bronze medal in the competition.
