🦞 From Swedish Late Summer to a Crayfish Party in Osaka
In September I will bring the Swedish crayfish party tradition to Japan and Expo 2025 in Osaka. On September 2 I will join Nordic Food Day and on September 5 I will host a colorful crayfish party at the Nordic Pavilion. This is a celebration of Nordic food culture, togetherness, and the end of summer.
