A Magical Evening with Strawberry Members Experience at Brasserie Draken in Gothenburg

Last Thursday, we hosted our second Strawberry Members Experience event, this time at Brasserie Draken in Gothenburg. The evening was fully booked with 50 guests and began in true Gothenburg spirit at the iconic Feskekôrka, where we served Swedish oysters and champagne. A perfect way to kick off a memorable culinary night.

After the welcome drink, guests continued to Brasserie Draken for a seven-course tasting menu, crafted with care using the best seasonal vegetables, seafood, and local fish. Each dish was designed to celebrate the integrity and flavor of the ingredients, reflecting my passion for sustainability and Nordic-Japanese fusion.

The atmosphere was warm, vibrant, and welcoming. Guests were seated at mixed tables, creating a sense of togetherness. One guest summed it up beautifully:
